Moutainside Crossfit is Incredible!!! Bryan and his team took away all of the stress and fear with getting back into shape. I was concerned about the intensity of Crossfit considering I was in the worst shape of my life, and that kept me from joining for many years. Finally I decided to give them a try and now I kick myself every day for waiting so long. The professionalism and skill of the staff and the incredible encouragement from the other members has truly shocked me. I was used to the normal ego and nonsense you deal with when you walk into the other gyms and Mountainside Crossfit has none of that. If you want a tailored workout that ensures your success give them a try. It doesn't matter your current level of fitness they make the transition smooth and fun. I feel very lucky to have found this place and look forward to my future with them!!!
