  Was informed a month later my insurance was declined, tried to make a payment plan, paid them $50, then was asked to leave their office because they do not accept payment plans. Beware. Very unprofessional and now it's my understanding they are sending the bill to collections when I just tried to start paying them. And kicked me out.
